This year,
we combined the Moto-Euro Concorso with our Ducati Museo Concorso.
I need to get the class designations as well as winner list from Larry
Williams @ Moto-Euro but for our vintage class, here is the info....
I separated out 4 categories which
included; Singles, Roundcase, Squarecase, Pantah. I chose the
winners and runners up with input from esteemed motorcycle author Tod
Rafferty solely on my feelings about a particular bike.... If
there was something about it that jumped out, there ya go. Out
of these 4 'winners' and 4 'runners up' I chose a 'Best of Class'
which competed against each 'Best of Class' in the Moto-Euro
categories. Of these, there was an overall 'Best of Show' award
given.
Each of our "Best of Class"
winners got an 'Old Timer' leather jacket provided by Ducati North
America, each runner up got the book "Ducati Design &
Emotion" provided by BevelHeaven.com - Frank Scurria also
received the book for being "Best at Being Frank Scurria".
HA! All winners as well as runners up rec'd a kewl framed
certificate.
Best Of Class went to the
Farne bike by group decision in the lodge after a few martinis
etc.....
