Does anybody know where I can get valve guides for a roundcase gt ?
Preferably in Europe

Checked Mdina and several places but no luck

Or maybe anybody got the exact measures so I can have some made ?

Mario Sassi has over-size (+0,10) guides listed

His part nos are XXR0055 & XXR0056.

Try Nigel Lacey, the interference fit is only 1 to 2 thou so 10 os may cause damage?

Old Racing Spares will provide a price list if you ask for it. I have one but it is several years old now.
