|
|
| Hi. I am in the process of restoration on a 74 750 gt. The bike has sat for 17years. The oil looks clean and there is about 8300 miles on the clock. Should I flush the engine or is a simple drain and oil change sufficient for first start up. Do you think the oil is clean because all the sludge has settled out of it? Thanks for the help. |

| Drain it and stick your finger in the strainer hole and see how much muck is on the bottom of the sump.If it was sitting in a mild environment you might be lucky. |
