Modified
scrambler frame, braced and excess tabs removed
New gas tank
seat and belly pan, tank has been lined with caswell sealer.
Springer head,
with new valves and straight cut bevel gears, piston is 1st
over.
Cases have new
bearings, all shafts have been re-shimmed.
No charging system or kickstart!
36mm Mikuni carb (new)
Suspension set up for an old portly
guy!
New tach
Exhaust from old racing spare parts
Crankcase vent tank has been
incorporated into the rear inner fender.
Bike has a few hours of set up time
on the dyno that is it.
I have raised the seat to accommodate
me but it is still too small!!
Safety wire and go racing!!
I have a video of the bike running on
the dyno, extra photos on request
