Slave Cylinder - YoYoDyne Overthruster Billet - Fits All Years DUCATI

Revised slave cylinder fits ALL Ducati's with removable slave cylinder. Large bore slave cylinder improves clutch modulation and reduces lever effort by 25%. YOYODYNE WARRANTY: We have improved the part one again to make it even more trouble free. As always, a hard anodized surface provides a long trouble free life. Warranty - Based on years of trouble free performance, we are able to offer a lifetime warranty on the Overthruster. We Guarantee the slave cylinder to be leak free for as long as the original owner owns the part. If the cylinder ever leaks, return it to us for repair or replacement. We also offer a good will discount if the slave cylinder was destroyed by a defective pressure plate. The cylinder is supplied assembled, and is ready for installation. We have included the exploded view to show the features of the part. The cylinder is hard anodized, and has a smooth surface to improve the movement of the parts. The piston is kept under pre load by the spring. This prevents a wandering lever if there is no pre load. The piston uses two widespread, thick O-rings to stabilize the piston in the bore. This eliminates metal-to-metal contact. A new cap is fitted to the cylinder, and sealed with an additional O-ring.  This sealing cap is also vented.

2V Half Ring Set [2] Fits Ducati 8mm Closer Shims

This is a pair [2] of OEM Ducati half rings used to hold the closer shim to the valve on all 8mm 2 valve desmo Ducati engines [bevel drive, pantah, rubber band]. The updated Ducati part number for these is 66910031A for your modern Ducati. When you order 1 set you will get 2 half rings as shown for 1 closer shim. Ducati recommends that if you measure your valves and a shim needs to be replaced that you first replace the half rings then re measure.... They also go on to say that ALL half rings should be replaced at each service interval. If you are going to replace all of them in your engine, order 4 sets for your twin.

Extended Clutch Actuator Arm Kit

Extended actuator arm fits all bevel drive 750, 860 and 900 twins. This arm is 40mm longer than the original giving about 40% lighter pull at the lever. This kit comes with everything shown including a punch tool to drive out the roll pin on the standard lever, the easy action clutch lever, pivot shaft and 2 circlips. You can use your normal clutch cable etc with this kit. If you want to save some money, order a new clutch cable at the same time, just choose your cable from the drop down list when you place your order.

Gland Nut Assembly - Complete

This gland nut assembly is used from 1979 onwards on all bevel drive twins. This will fit on both alternator output wire on the right side of the engine as well as the BOSCH ignition wire on the left side of the engine. Included is the actual brass gland nut, 1 rubber grommet, 1 aluminum crush washer and the plastic threaded outer nut.

Aluminum Intake Insulators - Silver

These aluminum items permanently replace the stock rubber insulators and are able to seal with rubber orings which are included. Spend a little more once, and never have to do anything else here. Original intake manifold insulators are rubber - I also sell those - but they dry out from all the heat and crack, allowing air to get sucked into the intake tract. This can cause BIG problems, causing the engine to run poorly and possibly burning valves. Sold in pairs. 1 kit includes 2 insulators.  Choose 53mm of 58mm stud spacing.

M22 x 1.5 thread brass plug uses an oring to seal and includes a very strong rare earth magnet held in place with a snap ring. Plug is drilled for safety wire. For all singles and twins including; 900SS, Darmah & GTS etc. Replaces Ducati #400.49.090 [NOTE: This doesn't fit non electric start bosch ignition twins M24 upper plug Ducati #769.49.010]. Also fits belt DUCATI engines.

Clutch Ball & Rod Kit - All Bevel Twins

These are the little rods and ball that go inside your bevel drive twin - part of the clutch actuator system. This kit contains all the pieces EXCEPT the 2 longest rods and the 1st rod that nestles into the clutch actuator arm.

Starter Sprag Bearing - For all electric start Ducati bevel drive twins.  This is the weak link between starter and engine..... PLEASE NOTE: Make sure it is in the right way when you install it. With the flywheel in your hand and sprag bearing installed (looking at the back of it), drop the drive gear in and it should catch when you rotate it (the drive gear) counter clockwise.
