shipping - see below.

differences that may be found in the "product Information" area
of the Bevel Heaven website.
- California residents [only]
will be charged 8.75% sales
tax on ALL parts excluding shipping charges.
- Bevel Heaven has no control
over import duties etc that may be charged by YOUR government.
Any import fees are YOUR responsibility.
How To Place An Order:
- Please use our online shopping
cart if you know what you want and have no questions -
pricing is generally a bit less than ordering over the phone as
well.
- If you are not comfortable
using the shopping cart, or you have questions, please call

your order. We usually pick up Tues - Fri between 10:00am and
4:00pm

Sunday. Leave a message, we will call you

Monday from a message left over the weekend or on Monday will
most likely NOT happen as Mondays are busy busy busy. Click

- NOTE: T-shirts, mousepads, clocks etc
which are listed on my opening page are ordered via
secure online ordering through my partners at Cafepress.com and that order can't
be added to any other parts orders as it is a completely
separate deal.
Shipping & Handling Info:
- We will only ship to your
confirmed "billing address" for your credit card
- Minimum shipping &
handling charges apply to all orders:

~ Shipping charges are figured through our shopping cart
www.Store.BevelHeaven.com. If you were charged more
than the actual cost to ship please remember ad'l funds are
collected for handling as in "SHIPPING & HANDLING" - please
don't gripe about it, it takes time to carefully pack up your
order and prepare it for shipping, filling out customs forms,
and we do not have a minimum order amount.....
- Most small and relatively flat
items [under 4 lbs] shipped USPS Priority Mail for US
Domestic and Global Priority for International orders.

- Heavy and/or bulky items ship out
USPS First Class, Priority or Air Mail.
- We typically ship Tuesday &
Friday. Orders received Friday through Monday are
typically
shipped Tuesday, orders received Tuesday through Thursday are
typically shipped Friday.
- If you must have your items
shipped any other day, a $50 service fee applies so that we
can feel good about making a special trip to the post office
just for you.....
Shipping Options:
Please read the
info here and choose the shipping option you feel is closest to fitting with
what you ordered.

“First Class”
Inexpensive but very slow travel times - 2 lb weight limit, not
advisable for large and/or expensive orders. Not trackable. We
will not ship out international orders valued over $200 via
First Class. Period..

“Flat Rate Envelope”
9.5” x 12.5” flat envelope for DOCUMENTS, PHOTOS, STICKERS [not
for complete stickers sets, they will not fit] – available for
priority and express – only SMALL parts can be shipped. Do
not choose this option for anything larger than carb seal kits
etc for example.

“Priority Small Flat Rate Box” 1 ¾” x 5
3/8” x 8 ½” 4 lb weight limit - this is pretty small, front
master cylinders or calipers do not fit etc

“Priority Regular Flat Rate Box” 5 ½” x 8
½” x 11” no weight limit - most orders fit inside - a pair of
carbs, or a pair of calipers and master cylinder etc. If
you get a pair of carbs AND a pair of calipers choose the large
flat rate box below.

“Priority Large Flat Rate Box” 5 ½” x 12”
x 12” no weight limit
Choosing a
"small flat rate box" for a pair of calipers etc will only delay your order
while we attempt to contact you to collect additional funds needed. It is
always best unless you are sure your items will fit into a specific flat rate
box to just choose the PRIORITY or EXPRESS options which do not say "Flat Rate"
that way you are using a simple pay by weight option.
Payment Info:
- You may use cash or credit
cards only.
- All payments must be made in
US dollars.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover & American Express cards only!
- Absolutely no COD payments,
international or personal checks, , money orders, bank
checks, IOUs etc - please don't even
ask!!!
- International [non USA] customers must
use credit cards for payment only.
- Send cash at your own risk, we
will not be responsible for lost cash!!!
