BOSCH Pickup Wire - Type E, FEP,

Replacement wire for your bevel drive with BOSCH ignition. All
BOSCH equipped bevel drives suffer the same problem - Ducati
never told BOSCH that their pickups and wire would be sitting
inside the engine in a hot oil bath or that the wires would run
up along the frame right next to the exhaust pipe. If you have
the original wire still, and you are wondering why you can't
seem to get your bike running right, you need to replace the
wires. This wire we had custom made for us by a wire
manufacturer who usually deals with the aerospace industry. This
is a 30 inch long [762mm] 4 conductor harness of FEP coated 20
gauge wires in a black extruded FEP jacket. The 4 conductors are
as original; white, black, white/black and black/white. This
wire is rated at 600 volts, -55 to +200 degrees C. This is the
good stuff baby. |

Generator Wire - FEP Type E, 2

This is a 56 inch long [1423mm]
replacement for all bevel drive twins with a 2 wire stator. We
had this wire custom made by a wire company that specializes in
making wire for the aerospace industry. It has all the best
materials, with 1 white and 1 black 12 AWG FEP conductors inside
a black extruded FEP jacket. This type "E" cable is rated for
600 volts, -55 to +200 degrees Celsius. This is the good stuff
baby. 56" is enough to do any bevel drive twin. We also had

cable-like thing on your bike! I strongly encourage you to
install one of these insulated cables with heat shrink
protection on both ends to your battery, and on the end that
bolts to your frame, put a star washer between the terminal and

Wire Set
Dynatek "Dyna" Wires are for
use on vehicles with electronic advance ignitions or other
sensitive electronic equipment. You should use DYNA suppression
wires with a high grade graphite core for best performance and
electrical noise suppression. These wires ensure maximum energy
transfer and a 135 degree snap boot for easy installation. Each
kit comes with 1 black wire, each end has a 90 degree spark plug
boot already installed. The kit also includes 2 straight boots
for the coils, along with 2 90 degree boots for the coils. You
will need to cut this cable to the required length, then add
either a straight or 90 degree end whichever is best for your

our bevel drives. The kit comes with colored wires and coded
wire diagram. All the correct male and female connectors etc are
installed and ready to plug into your stock block connectors
from the old harness. So, to install the kit, remove your old
harness and lay it out on the floor. Make some diagrams of which
wires go in which holes, then verify which NEW wires go where,
remove the old and snap in the new. EASY! All wires are inside
tubing that has not been heated up. This is good
because you can then take the harness and install it, THEN apply
heat so that you end up with a real nicely routed harness. No
binds etc. Nice! |

drive Ducati 750 GT, 750 Sport and 750 Super Sport as well as
'squarecase' 750/900 Super Sport through 1976. The wire kit
comes complete with color coded wires and matching wire diagram.
The ends have the correct terminals and connectors so it is just
a remove the old and install the new. Easy! Also, what I really
like about this kit is that the makers inserted all the various
wires in shrink tubing but didn't heat it up, so you can install
the harness then heat it up so the thing will fit correctly with
no binds etc. Finally! |
