below are all parts that usually need attention for Dellorto PHF
and PHM carbs found on bevel drive DUCATI motorcycles.
Unless otherwise noted, I stock everything shown below. Most
other parts not shown are obtainable brand new from Dellorto by
special order, just ask. If you need to see exploded views
along with part numbers please see the links towards the bottom of
this page. If you are rebuilding your PHF or PHM carb and
need rebuild kits, be advised that these kits include ALL seals,
gaskets, O-rings, fiber washers as well as cable boots but DO NOT
include the round fuel filter screens that reside under the fuel
banjos. These fuel filters are available separately, see
below. I suggest you also pick up the Dellorto tuning
manuals if you want to know all the options or if you are a novice
at rebuilding Dellorto carbs. They are available by clicking

#53006 Choke Cable Assembly - PHF - $30.00
These are all the various bits and pieces you need for your PHF
carb to use a cable operated choke. This set includes everything
you see in the photo; housing, housing screw, housing O-ring,
spring, plunger, adjuster, adjuster nut, rubber boot. |

This is the choke cable assembly for PHM carbs. It includes
everything you could need except the cable. This kit consists of
the housing, spring, choke plunger, cable adjuster & locknut and
a new rubber boot as shown. |

These Lever Choke
Assemblies are available for PHF and PHM carbs that have choke
cables, they do not install on carbs with
"ticklers". Installing them on your carbs allow
you to completely remove the choke cables, splitter and lever
assembly up on your bar or dash. They simplify and clean up
your bike. I start my bike by lifting up only one lever....

Usually, if your needles are bad, so
are the float needle valve assemblies and vice versa. The
float valve basically shuts off the gas once your floats raise up
to the correct height. The phenolic tip usually gets dried
out over time and stops sealing. The float needle valve
assembly includes both the needle and the seat.
